Juvisé Pharmaceuticals ensures respect for the privacy of its contacts and makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information communicated to it.
This Policy provides information on the conditions under which Juvisé Pharmaceuticals collects, processes, stores and deletes personal data in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which entered into force on May 25, 2018 within the Union. European (EU).

We keep the processed personal data for the period strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which these data were collected.
Concerning job offers and spontaneous applications:
Juvisé Pharmaceuticals, data controller, collects your data for request management purposes. Your personal data is collected directly from you and only those in charge of recruitment have access to your information. We inform you that your data will be kept for a period of two years from our last contact and then deleted.
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. You also have the right to portability of the data provided, as well as the right to object, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your data, as well as the right to request limitation of the processing concerning you. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or another data protection authority of a member state of the European Union.
Data security and integrity
Our contractual relationships with our customers as well as medical regulations require us to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality of the personal data that we may be required to process.
Procedures covering data protection, confidentiality and security have been defined and implemented within Juvisé Pharmaceuticals. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that the data transmitted to us is appropriately protected.
Juvisé Pharmaceuticals takes, in view of the nature of the personal data and the risks presented by the processing, the technical, physical and organizational measures necessary to preserve the security of this data and prevent it from being distorted, damaged, made inaccessible or unauthorized third parties have access to it.
Juvisé Pharmaceuticals regularly raises awareness among its employees about the protection of personal data and ensures that they comply with current regulations as well as the company’s code of ethics.
Juvisé Pharmaceuticals chooses subcontractors or service providers who provide a high level of guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of data meets the requirements of applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
If Juvisé Pharmaceuticals notices an incident with an impact on personal data, the latter ensures, according to the framework imposed by the regulations, to notify it to the CNIL as soon as possible after becoming aware of it and to inform the people concerned.
Contact
Juvisé Pharmaceuticals has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The latter’s mission is in particular to inform and advise the management of Juvisé Pharmaceuticals on all questions relating to the protection of personal data. He ensures compliance with regulations on the protection of personal data within the firm. He is also the contact person for the CNIL, the supervisory authority, for any questions relating to the management of personal data.
