Frédéric Mascha Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee

As Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, Frédéric supports the Group’s development and contributes to shaping its strategic direction. In this capacity, he is closely involved in growth initiatives, particularly in the acquisition of pharmaceutical assets and their financing.

Prior to Juvisé Pharmaceuticals, Frederic founded and led Lynapharm, a joint venture with the Italian pharmaceutical group Sigma-Tau, which was active in 22 countries with a focus on psychiatric medications. Sigma-Tau later acquired full ownership of Lynapharm.

Earlier in his career, Frederic served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he was instrumental in developing global pharmaceutical product launch strategies for leading companies such as Pfizer, BMS, JNJ, Sanofi…

Frédéric earned a management degree from Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Renaud Sermondade Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Renaud Sermondade is responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall strategy, as well as overseeing its operational and financial performance, in close collaboration with the Executive Chairman, the Board of Directors, and the shareholders.

Throughout his career, Renaud has held leadership positions at local, regional, and global levels across sales, marketing, finance, strategy, business development, R&D, commercial excellence, and market access. He has recognized expertise in managing P&L responsibilities exceeding one billion euros, across both mature and emerging markets.

Before joining Juvisé, Renaud served as President of Aptar Injectables, with global responsibility for injectable drug delivery activities. Prior to that, within the Aptar Group, he held the positions of Global Market Development and General Manager EMEA for the Prescription business.

Renaud also held senior executive roles at Sanofi (in China, the United States, and global headquarters), MSD in China, and Bristol Myers Squibb in Europe. He was also a member of the Executive Committee of Polepharma, the French competitiveness cluster dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry.

Renaud graduated from École Centrale de Lyon and EM Lyon and holds a Master’s degree in Chinese Language and Civilization from Lyon III University.

Emilie Gounon Chief Operating Officer

Emilie Gounon holds a DESCF degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lyon 3. She began her career in Paris as an auditor before swiftly transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, where she served as Financial Controller at Eisai for 10 years.

In 2013, Emilie joined Juvisé Pharmaceuticals as Chief Financial Officer & Operations Director. She advanced to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2019, where she now oversees the company’s strategic and operational activities.

Antoine Guillot Vice President
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Antoine is responsible for overseeing accounting and financial activities, including tax management, financial control, debt management, and securing financing for new acquisitions. His expertise plays a crucial role in the growth and success of Juvisé Pharmaceuticals on the global stage.

Prior to joining Juvisé Pharmaceuticals, Antoine began his career as a financial auditor at KPMG for 5 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit from the University of Grenoble and is a French certified public accountant.

Bruno Pouly Vice President
Pharmaceutical Affairs - Qualified Person

With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in manufacturing or Pharmaceutical Establishment, Bruno Pouly has been leading the Pharmaceutical Affairs department at Juvisé Pharmaceuticals since June 2020. He manages Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Quality Assurance teams, maintaining marketing authorization dossiers, liaising with health authorities, and ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, GVP and related regulations.

Previously, Bruno was Quality Director for the Centre Lago, where he registered the pharmaceutical establishment and was in charge of quality operations. He also held senior QA roles at Mylan and Capsugel.

Bruno holds a Pharmaceutical degree from the University of Claude Bernard in Lyon.

Antoine Rotger Vice President
Technical, Supply & Industrial Affairs

Antoine Rotger relies on over more than 15 years of experience in demanding industrial environments with a proven track record delivering impact and changes in organizations.

He began his career at McKinsey as a Lean Manufacturing specialist, then joined Michelin as manufacturing and planning manager. Before Juvisé Pharmaceuticals, he worked at Linxens, the global leading provider of micro-connectors, supporting one of the French sites in its industrial repositioning.

Since April 2021, Antoine has been Head of Industrial Operations at Juvisé. In this role, he oversees all purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing and industrial transfer operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products to patients.

Antoine holds an engineering degree from the École des Mines de Paris.

Allan Narboni Vice President
Commercial & Medical Affairs

Allan Narboni is VP, Head of Commercial & Medical Affairs at Juvisé Pharmaceuticals, overseeing the company’s functions in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Business Excellence.

With over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Allan has held key positions at Les laboratoires SERVIER in EMEA & APAC at local and international level.

Allan holds a Pharm.D. from the Université libre de Bruxelles and completed his education with a Master degree from ESCP Business School.

Fiona Lecrinier Vice President
M&A and Corporate Development

Fiona Lecrinier is the Head of M&A and Corporate Development at Juvisé Pharmaceuticals and brings a strong background in strategic management and transaction with 10 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. With nearly five years at Juvisé, she has also served as Transaction and Corporate Strategy Director and Business Development and Strategy Manager.

Before joining Juvisé, Fiona was a Senior Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, where she specialized in healthcare strategy and innovative assets launch across various therapeutic areas and markets. She began her career at Servier, focusing on market analysis and business intelligence.

Fiona is a Doctor in Pharmacy and graduated from ESCP Business School.
